Terms of Service – Rumble Carpet & Floor Care

Welcome to Rumble Carpet & Floor Care. We provide professional carpet cleaning, upholstery restoration, and floor maintenance services throughout the metro area. These terms govern our business relationship with you.

## Service Agreement

When you book our services, you enter into a binding contract. We commit to arriving within our scheduled 2-hour window and completing work according to industry standards. Our technicians carry $2 million in liability insurance and use truck-mounted equipment rated at 250+ PSI.

Payment becomes due upon service completion. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card transactions over $500.

## Scheduling and Cancellations

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations incur a $75 service fee to cover our dispatch costs and technician wages. Emergency calls (water damage, pet accidents) receive priority scheduling within 4 hours when possible.

Our standard service window runs Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Weekend appointments cost an additional $50 due to overtime wages for our crew.

## Property Access and Liability

You must provide clear access to treatment areas. We’re not responsible for moving furniture weighing over 50 pounds or items containing personal belongings. Our insurance covers accidental damage to your property during normal service operations.

We cannot treat areas with pet waste, bodily fluids, or hazardous materials without additional safety protocols. These situations require specialized equipment and trained personnel, resulting in extra charges ranging from $25 to $150 depending on severity.

## Warranty and Results

Our work carries a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Spots that return within this period receive free re-treatment. However, this warranty excludes permanent stains, worn carpet fibers, and areas we specifically noted as “permanent” during our initial assessment.

We use EPA-approved cleaning solutions with pH levels between 8.5 and 9.5. Some natural fiber carpets may experience slight color variation after cleaning. Our pre-inspection identifies potential issues before we begin work.

## Disputes and Resolution

Any disagreements get resolved through binding arbitration in our local county. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against our company. These terms follow state regulations for service businesses.
